After read about this diet i thought it was quite good, as it not only helps you to lose weight but also detoxes your body, and also helps people on curing diseases.
I know someone who tried this out and she lost 5-6 kg in 7 days, her skin looked much better, as it was glowing, she had no pimples and she did have full energy.
Although this diet may sound quite tough but i think if you get started then its not too bad, and I think a suitable length of this diet is 7 days, but if someone has the determination then they can carry on.
************************************************
The main benefit offered by a juice fast, to those who wish to lose weight, is the speed of the weight loss. Initially, weight loss can be as high as three-to-four pounds per day, but as the fast continues, the average loss will be one pound-per-day.
To see a person drop 30-to-40 pounds in a 30-day juice fast is to see a person totally transform his life. Self-esteem is given a boost and for the first time in their life, discipline becomes a lifestyle. The fast becomes a catalyst for a total life overhaul. People start dressing better, showing more confidence, becoming more organized, more dedicated in relationships and more at peace.
Trying to stay on a diet can turn a simple journey to the supermarket into an epic challenge of self-discipline. How can you ignore all the florescent-lit aisles of junk food offering every temptation known to the tongue when you are hungry depressed and feeling deprived? It becomes a war of desires where your willingness to surrender is quickly rewarded.Thu, 02 Oct 2008 21:34:48 GMT
*Let me present an approach to remain virus free without any antivirus!!!*
*BACKGROUND*:-
Since u r using Internet on ur PC..., there will be a time when u face Virus Problem on the OS which connect to Internet.
Simplest solution is to restore that OS with its backup which was not infected...
*Tools Needed*:
1. PowerQuest PartitionMagic.
2. PowerQuest BootMagic.
3. Norton Ghost.
4. At least One FAT32 Partition.
5. Good IQ….
*DISCLAIMER*:-
Make sure you understand everything clearly before following these steps, this information is also available in PartitionMagic help (in a complex manner), I will not be responsible for any data loss.
First, Install *PowerQuest PartitionMagic *and view your disk partitions:
Initially Partitions looks like this:-
Image: http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/1148/p1kc9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Use Resize option of PartitionMagic to resize your Primary Partition.
Image: http://img367.imageshack.us/img367/5427/p2mj2.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Then use Move option of PartitionMagic.
Image: http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/3900/p3sk9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Then use Create Partition option of PartitionMagic.
Image: http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/1792/p4nl5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Now Place the cursor on *Partition-2* (MY_XP)
Right Click > Advance > Hide Partition.
Then
Now Place the cursor on *Partition-1* (Newly Created)
Right Click > Advance > Unhide Partition. (if this option available)
Right Click > Advance > Set Active. (if this option available)
(Note : Both steps are very critical for successfully installing two “*Separate*” OS)
Now restart your PC, You will get some error regarding boot failure, as there is no OS installed on Partition-1.
So let’s now install the new OS on Partition-1.
Just insert your OS CD in CD Drive and push reboot button.
Follow the instruction from “Bootable OS CD”, and *make sure *you are installing the OS on newly created Partition (Partition-1).
After finishing the installation and getting up to the desktop, its time to install *BootMagic*.
“BootMagic is a PowerQuest application included with PartitionMagic that helps you run multiple operating systems on a single computer. Each time you start or restart your computer, BootMagic presents a list of available operating systems from which you can select the operating system you want to boot.”
After installing BootMagic run *BootMagic Configuration* (X:\BTMAGIC.PQ\BMCFG32.EXE), then you will see like this:
Image: http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/2798/bmcyi1.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Just ensure that both of your Primary Partitions are available in the list.
Then ensure that “*BootMagic Enabled*” is checked.
Then click Save and Exit.
Now restart your PC, this time you will see a *Boot Menu* asking “in which OS you want to boot”
You can now choose - in which OS you want to start, you can select the second option (Partition-2) to boot to your previously installed OS.
***************************************************************
Now start in newly installed OS (first menu option) and install all the software’s you need in that OS.
Just make sure *No Virus* infect the system at this time, because we are going to make a backup of this OS along with all the installed software’s.
Now start the PC with any DOS bootable media such as “*Bootable Win 98 CD*”, then go to the directory in which “Ghost.exe” is available using CD command, and then type Ghost.exe at command prompt to start Norton Ghost.
Notron Ghost is a GUI system, so manipulate its menus to make the *Backup* of your Partition-1 on your D: or E: drive, say “D:\MyOS1.gho”.
It will take some time to complete and show a progress bar in between.
After the *Progress Bar* reaches 100%, your backup is ready.
Whenever you find that your OS on Partition-1 is not working properly or infected with Viruses,
You just have to start your PC with any DOS bootable media such as “Bootable Win 98 CD”, then go to the directory in which “Ghost.exe” is available using CD command, and then type Ghost.exe at command prompt to start Norton Ghost
But this time use Ghost menus to *Restore* the backup file “D:\MyOS1.gho” to your Partition-1.
(Note : if you make any mistake here, all the data of target partition will be lost)
It will take 3-20 minutes, and…. Bingo! Your UnInfected OS is Back…..Thu, 02 Oct 2008 21:11:56 GMT

Hi all,
Has anyone faced the following kind of DNS problem with Airtel?
I've been working on an online uploading work. Suddenly the website that I work stopped opening. Then I tried to access the same site using IP (because it has a dedicated IP). I could do that without any issues. I initially thought it was an issue with the site's web host or domain registrar. In the mean time, I could access all other websites.
I called Airtel CC, and asked them where the problem is. They said they could open the site from their office/area and asked my dns setting. I said I didn't change any default settings. And finally they told me how to find the dns through router page. I did find it and told them, they were 203.145.184.13 and 203.145.184.32. They said Keep the second one as it is, but delete the first one and change into 203.145.184.40. Nothing worked out for me. I just cursed them why they can't change it themselves from their servers, because it's the default dns settings.
Later when I changed into openDNS, I could access the same site without any difficulty. I wonder what happened and how it could've happened.
After using openDNS for nearly 24 hours, again I got the problem accessing the sites, this time I could not access _any_ site. So I set the modem to choose default DNS settings. Luckily I could access all the sites, then.
Has anyone faced similar problem? Is Airtel doing something against openDNS?
I just wonder how these kind of things possible in Airtel. I always regarded Airtel as the best option available in India. Now I think I should change my views towards Airtel.
Thanks and regards,
Pothi.
