I do speak French and would eagerly visit France and stay shortly at the holiday compound in Marcel.
Me, who rarely vacations outside the country since taking new post at work, will take time off in France, as long as I can go mountain biking. Of course there're spectacular spots around there and great places to relax.
I am an avid enthusiast of the sport.

In our region forecasters say storms can leave 10 inches of heavy snow - the water level in rivers is rising fast. We will substitute downhill for yachting soon.fernandogusman

The final seasonal gettogether took place at 10:30 p.m. in the base village.
With all the fine snow on hand, it was easy to rough up the edges when you run on hard packed stuff. So all got quick rundown on waxing and tuning. The same technique is used for both skis and boards.

In February hikers venturing above treeline find
that the peaks are more wintry than they usually are.
They should be prepared. Climbers get the cold shoulder.
The snow is still waist-deep in places, and the trail is buried.
Some climbers listen — but some climbers don’t.
Tuesday, we left camp early,
expecting to cover the remaining miles to the top before noon.

I carried my life, like a stone,
in a ragged pocket, but I
had a true weaving song, a sly
way with rhythm, a healing tone.
I am going to Spain for some buziness: popular history, and a familiar rhyme about Christopher Columbus, holds that Europeans made contact with the Americas in 1492, with some arguing that the explorer and his crew were the first outsiders to reach the New World, but chicken bones suggest Polynesians found Americas before Columbus.

It is spectacular. In November-December the most resorts delayed their openings - "lack of snow". Most offered up only limited terrain for sledge. For the first time in recent history, the industry is not operating across the country. The skiers take note of that. If one region suffers, the skiers tend to generalize that there is no snow. This is disappionting and makes us workaholics again.fernandogusman

The Tunguska object (up to 20-megaton nuclear bomb) that hit Siberia in 1908 unleashed energy equivalent that wiped out millions of trees. Now Mars could be in by an asteroid hit. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow ... All must have great holidays!fernandogusman
