If you have tools you wish to consecrate, here is a simple ritual. You will need physical representations of the elements: a candle for fire, a small bowl of water, a stick of incense in a holder (or an incense burner with charcoal). For earth, you may use salt, dirt or a stone. With the tools/items you wish to consecrate on the altar or elsewhere, cast a circle and invoke your usual goddesses or gods. Take the tool of object, pass it carefully above the flame of the candle and say, "I consecrate this (wand, tool) by fire." Then sprinkle a few drops of water on it and say, "I consecrate this by water." pass the object through the smoke from the incense burner and say, "I consecrate this by air." Finally, touch the object to the salt or dirt and say, "I consecrate this by earth." Then raise it above your head and say, "I consecrate this to the service of the gods (or goddess, etc.).
