Kevin “Skwerl” Cogill was recently arrested outside his home in Los Angeles for uploading 9 songs from Guns N’ Roses long-awaited Chinese Democracy album. According to Paste Magazine, Cogill could spend up to three years in prison and fined $250, 000 with a possibility of additional civil penalties. The Behemoth’s hotly anticipated Castle Crashers releases to the Xbox Live Marketplace tomorrow. This, of course, is the same studio that brought you the adorably violent Alien Hominid HD. Mirchi Movies, a studio based in India, had planned on releasing their next film, Hari Puttar - A Comedy of Terrors, on September 12. Sadly, though, it looks like that won’t happen. Warner Brothers has filed a lawsuit against the company saying that the name of the film’s protagonist too closely resembles Harry Potter.
