I think of freedom as the ability to choose one's own direction, then moving toward the goals in that direction - not necessarily the ones that other people think are okay. This idea is what brought me to the question - "Can changing your mind change your life?"

Next thing you see her dancing around her house happy as a clam and free as a bird.
